I had to report this record store to the police when they had sent me a collection letter with threats of RKI and so on. There was NO debt, but only when I reported them to the police did they withdraw the claim. They are totally incompetent, send claims to people, without checking if there is a debt. It should be a criminal offense, but the police who issue business letters do not care. I can prove it.
