The worst management group I've ever encountered. They allow their properties to allow for rats and rodents, and then upon move-out, charge for fabricated charges so you have to spend significant amounts of time on the phone trying to get the issues resolved. This is unacceptable. Hopefully one day someone will have the funds/time to peruse litigation.
