Lacking in Supervision!!! We sent our two children and when we needed assistance on various things while the kids were attending the program we found the response to be slow and not taken seriously. Our daughter came home with infections on her legs from unattended mosquito bits. Seems like a simple thing to manage but nobody is paying attention. Both kids said "No Supervision."
