Some of the reps take far too long with each customer, be it joking around, trying to upsell, or just being slow

I went in to buy the Note 8, just pay for it and leave, could have been done in 5 minutes. Instead I waited a solid 45 minutes just to buy a device I knew I just wanted to pay for and leave.

Jimmy is on point though, gets things done.
