Having bought a house with this promoter at the GD...

Having bought a house with this promoter at the GDL, that's what we can say after receiving the project:

o The sales department is very efficient: our needs are well understood and we find the project that meets our expectations.

o The showroom system at Our / Paliseul is nice because we can see on site a lot of the materials that will be used, it helps to project and know what we buy.

o TP workers are all very friendly and do not mind when asked to (re) fix something here and there.

o Location: Frankly in Luxembourg, they still have some good locations for their projects, let's face it.

o The execution of the site is bad: the architect (whom we meet once at the time of the presentation of the plans) did not put a single foot. This means that it is the construction site operator who - after the fact - observes the irregularities (false ceiling too low, walls not to the exact size indicated in the plans, etc.) and tries to rectify the shot, with his skills and his means ...

o Strange also: it is the construction site operator who is our contact for the after-sales service. The information concerning the problems therefore remains in a vacuum.

o The construction site is slow unless you have purchased a property that is in a large subdivision. There, it moves quickly. Otherwise, you are just an adjustment variable in a big mechanics full of numbers. It's frustrating.

o The communication: if with the commercials the reactivity is there, it is not the case with the driver of building site which has many other building sites as yours to supervise. In short, when it is on site, it is to make social interaction and not control per se. And when you want to call him on the phone, arm yourself with patience.

o The kitchen service: a chef dubbed by TP is present in the showroom of Paliseul and offers a quote with 3D illustration of your kitchen since they get the plans upstream. It's nice but it's expensive and downright disappointing compared to others. Compare with at least 2 or 3 competitors before making your choice.

o Listening to the customer: after the commercial phase (purchase of the good), we received a satisfaction questionnaire. Friendly. But once the house was fully paid for and we had much more to see and report about the service, we did not receive any questionnaire. Too bad. Fortunately we can give his opinion on Google.

o Nearly: even delivered, the house has some shortcomings as to the specifications. We are told that these things are going to happen, but that subcontractors are taking care of them. It's slow, very slow, too slow. In September, it will be 2 years since the construction site started. And at this stage (July), there are still some elements missing.
