Kitchen Head sheff gary is very unprofessional he is a threat to coworkers,event visitors and staff.I have video evidence to prove it also made some racist remarks towards me.he smelled like alcohol . When i showed the management the video from my body cam. no action was taken and no discipline was implemented.
