5-star customer service. I ordered an SUV from MB Plano. It was delayed months and when it arrived they raised the price 25%... sleazy and I was a repeat customer. But this horrible experience s how I found this jewel of a dealership. Exactly the opposite customer experience at Sewell. This is why Carl Sewell is legendary and so successful. He understands, "Customers for life!".The staff at Audi Plano is honest, polished, and friendly. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond. I stopped by for a quick car wash after picking up a fresh/unfrozen turkey before Thanksgiving. They offered to refrigerate it while my Q7 was polished clean. Incredible service! Ask for Orlando, Thomas, Marcelo. :)
