Fiance ordered a a dining room table which we have been waiting on for weeks. On the delivery date we made sure to be here. We spoke to someone who told us we were 3rd in line and that we would have our table delivered and assembled in an hour. Then it never showed and no one called. When she went to the local store she was told to always go through store rather than online. The manager she spoke to gave her a phone number to another warehouse where we will hopefully get a call from a manager there. I expected the manager to ensure this gets taken care of but she viewed it as not the stores responsibility. Managers at the local level should fight for Ashley customers as they represent the same company and not tell the customer to only deal with stores and toss a phone number at them. Don't expect help from management at this location from the retail manager or the general manager.
