When I called to set up an appointment to see a house, Rosie earned brownie points by telling me that the time I wanted wasn't enough notice to the tenants who currently live there, but we agreed on a time another day (I loved that she took into account the current tenants as that's not something the company we currently rent from does). I gave her my name & # to call me back if it didn't work with the current tenants. I got no call, so we left work to meet Rosie there. She did not show & I called her after about 5 or so minutes. She asked me if she had set up the appointment because she never called the tenant. I replied that I didn't know whether or not she set it up with the tenants, but she sure had set it up with me. It is irritating that both of us left work to meet there and she didn't follow through by doing her job!!
