Very shady experience. I had an emergency & paid for an estimate, I guess they thought I was hostage & would be willing to pay for anything. The quote was VERY high, they would not tell me if it was emergency hour rates or if other options were available. They would not provide the information I asked for on parts (such as brand name). They would not discuss what parts were included in the package. They did not offer any options or additional packages.They did not offer a price on restoring water to the house while I decided. They showed back up without calling to confirm I was moving forward & tried to pressure me with the emergency fee. The other companies I had provide estimates were much more transparent & trustworthy, I do not plan to have a Progressive Service Company representative in my house again.
