This was very difficult for me to rate. The Hotel is like any Novotel. Simple, clean, modern. The service was decent, the breakfast as you would expect from a large hotel with a predominantly business crowd. My problem is with the pricing. Novotel to me means a middle class hotel with decent prices and a solid and dependable level if service and quality. In this case, we paid an amount that would buy you the honeymoon suite in a five star hotel at your preferred holiday destination, but you still get Novotel standards. To me, it is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel not to offer complimentary water in the room. Another star lost for a broken coffee machine in the room and a weird policy of removing toilet brushes for "hygienic" reasons. I actually had an unflushable on my first day and it remained there for two nights. The cleaning could not be bothered to clean the toilet as well.
