Make sure you record every conversation. Details in medical records are fabricated. I was informed that I'd said something critical about the outcomes of my last procedure when there hadn't even been a review and I was happy with the outcome. They're using that fabricated information to justify not continuing the treatment. Just a cover up. Lodging a complaint is a pointless.exercise because they cover themselves by fabricating details. And then they send these to your GP.
