When you think about the phrase "customer service", what comes to mind are things like long waits, fighting with an ignorant automated menu system, and an overall frustrating experience where you have to prepare for a fight. In contrast, the service team at Economy Honda is truly exceptional and unique. The moment you pull into their state-of-the-art facility, you're practically tackled by extremely knowledgeable techs that are eager to help. In this particular visit, Steve had already diagnosed my brake issue before I put the truck in park. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. The waiting area is massive, spacious, and comfortable. The reps check in with you frequently. Economy Honda's service center always has your back, which is a rare comfort in the world of typical frustrating customer service experiences. These folks have never let me down in numerous visits, and I actually enjoy going to see them. I can't recommend them enough and I'm very glad I bought my vehicles from them.
