The owner is extremely rude. I called multiple times and got voice mail. I left a message saying I d like to rent two tandem kayaks for Saturday and she returned my call and left a message saying she had two tandem kayaks left. I called back and no one answered and I left another message saying I definitely wanted to rent them. I did not hear back from her and when I tried calling her back she answered and said she did not have any tandems left now and then told me the only way to reserve them was to leave the time I wanted to launch and since I didn t do that she gave the reservation to someone else. Her voice mail never stated that I needed to give her a time. She argued with me and then hung up on me.
