James Kates shouldn't work with people... completely disrespectful and confrontational. When I asked for receipt proving I got my correct refund he got aggressive and in my face because I wanted proof I got the correct refund! Not sure why that is so hard because when people return things they always get receipt showing the proof of return yet that was too much for James. He then said I can go shop somewhere else simply because I wanted my receipt. Dude has anger issues.
