There are way too many other warranty companies out there to settle for service america. After paying for a contract for decades, I came home to a flood from my a/c today, Friday... was told no one could help me till Monday and I should turn the air off until then. In south florida. And when I told them it was dripping right on the electric water heater, I was told to shut the water off as well. Which makes no sense but whatever. Sounds like a fun weekend right? Can't go anywhere because i have to monitor the leak. In a hot condo in 90 degree weather. And then on monday I get to lose at least a half days pay. Don't bother with noservice america
