Phyllis and I were checking my Mother into The Ridge yesterday and Susan came into the room to assess my Mother who has dementia. I asked Susan to speak softly because loud voices upset my Mother and Susan grabbed her blood pressure equipment and left the room. We sat there for quite a while (not knowing how long because they took our cell phones) then someone else came in to do her job. I can not believe that they let someone that unprofessional work there. I can only imagine who else is caring for my Mother, hopefully not Susan......
