Changed my ticket date after flight got cancelled ...

Changed my ticket date after flight got cancelled without notifying me. I found out by coincidence. When I called and later emailed them for a copy of the updated ticket, they responded but never bothered to send it to me. It is unfortunate that I even crossed paths with this place.
