I really can't recommend anyone come here to get their car serviced. I gave the service center 3 opportunities to get things right, and despite clearly wanting to do the right thing came up markedly short.
Management doesn't take responsibility, nor do they stick to their word. Work takes far longer than it should due to foreseeable issues not being avoided, and there is terrible communication about what is going on.
I think these issues are unacceptable for anyone trusting someone with their vehicle, but it's especially problematic if they want to bill themselves as a luxury brand as Genesis clearly does.
If at all possible get your work done elsewhere.
