When we started with Millennium, we were getting great rates and great customer service. I was actually so impressed that I recommended the company to a few people to check out. After we purchased our first home we thought we would obviously go with Millennium to insure our house and we received THE WORST service during the quoting period. They demanded a copy of our home inspection (which we gladly provided), provided a horrific list of reasons why they didn't want to insure the house and when we offered a common-sense rebuttal, decided to rescind their decision to decline and asked for another opportunity to quote it. By then we had moved on to Peace Hills who happily provided us with a great rate on home insurance. We stayed with the auto insurance because the rate was always fair and we chalked our one bad experience up to whoever adjusts their home insurance quotes. However, this year after buying a new vehicle and being sloughed off by the customer service rep when expressing disappointment in the huge rate increase, we decided to get other quotes from other companies. I tried calling Millennium four times today and the line was disconnected each time. We're officially going to be rid of these guys and it's such a big relief. What started out as a great experience has turned sour and it is really disappointing.
