I think some confuse the opinion about the consulate with the opinion about the nation. Yes, we have visas there and the application fee wrongly - from space, Americans know about the reluctance of Poles, hence they are probably barricaded behind bulletproof glass, and at the entrance a person is x-rayed 10x. A country full of absurdities, fast food, fat people and drug addicts, but ours is also not perfect?
But to the point - the consulate itself OK - I didn't wait long, the whole visit, including waiting and talking to the clerk, took me half an hour. Everything went smoothly and quickly, the consulate clerk was polite, although he did not speak Polish well, but fortunately we spoke Polish-English. The service is also professional and pleasant, well organized.
