Courteous and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and ordered parts needed. Also suggested routines to help prevent future issues. Installed parts and tested the washer. This seems to have solved the problem. Joaquin did a thorough job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very good about letting me know what he was working on and I enjoyed talking with him as he worked.
