Stayed over the fourth of July weekdays - First time to experience a 3.5 star hotel! Maybe my expectations were too high!! First night, no water late in the evening, my husband had to wait until morning to shower. Called front desk, no one answered. Had to go down to the front desk, they said they had to call engineering. I checked about 3:00 a.m. still out. No water to flush toilets!!!! Second night, no water in the late evening, same problem!!! Third night, a/c was not cooling as well as no water pressure. We were given another room to fix the a/c problem, water was still out!!! We've stayed at 3 star hotels and we've never experienced as many problems as what we had with this hotel! We will never stay there again!!! If you don't believe me, try it! Oh, by the way, we stayed on the fifth floor, if that makes any difference!!
