Ordered a book with a promo discount which they failed to honor so I tried to cancel order within 2 hours of ordering and they said it was not possible. The only way to retrieve my money was to deny the delivery and then at some point my acct would be credited the $35. Shameful way of doing business and they will have mine no more.
