Worst place to work. So many company policies and regulations which are not compatible with the industry standards. I joined there as a Development Executive and had a really bad experience. They promised one thing during the negotiation process and on the point of appointment they have changed what they ve agreed. Also I resigned from well reputed company to join here and regret about the decision each and everyday I worked at Scienter. Fortunately I could get a offer from another good company within a month.
