I have been a member for over ten years and the quality of therapists and customer service has deteriorated for me. I drive from La Jolla and in prior years, it was a great place. When you finally get a good therapist they seem to leave . I planned a birthday massage for my friend and I and an hour before our massage, I received a call that one of the therapist called in sick.
I would have expected they could get another therapist and if not, a courtesy massage at a later date. I believe a client must cancel within eight hours or we are charged. This fiasco not only ruined a birthday celebration but reinforced that I will be finding another studio.
