There are plenty of other shops to take your business to than FCC. I had an unpleasant experience with them. I had minor cosmetic work done to the front bumper, had my gas cap fixed, and ordered a replacement part (passenger handle) for the interior of my car and have it installed. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday and was told it would be completed the following Friday. I had to keep calling back on Thursday to make sure it would be done on Friday and they couldn't give me a clear answer. Come to find out, they didn't order the necessary part in time and I'd have to pick it up the following Monday. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I noticed that it wasn't fully finished. They told me that they hadn't ordered my interior part and told me to bring my car back the next day when it arrived. They also told me the part would be $10 more than what they originally quoted me for which I voiced my disapproval in the change of price. I couldn't understand why I had to pay more when this should have been completed in the original time frame. I would not recommend FCC to anyone because they were not on time with their schedule and for their inconsistent customer service.
