I have been in my apartment for the last 2.5 years...

I have been in my apartment for the last 2.5 years. In 2 years, I had 2 issues that I reported to the agency: a stolen package and a leak from the ceiling causing constant humidity and water on the floor & damaging the carpet. I have contacted the agency several times by phone and email and after 2 weeks, no one has come to deal with the problem. This is quite unprofessional!

The last 2 months have been terrible: stolen item and no follow up from the landlord, water leak (plumber came after days of leaking on the carpet), no answer from the landlord on the contract and price, front door locked and we had to use the bin area for 3 days, no management of the drug deals happening on the ground floor leading to a feeling of unsafety.
I am concerned by the management of the rentals in this building. You can call me anytime to advise on the situation.
