Fun and safe. These are the first 2 words that come to mind. Was here for a birthday celebration, and enjoyed tremendously. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You don't really need any previous experience with archery, but to fully enjoy the game you should be able to sustain some running around. Different game scenarios help maintain interest through the whole session.
