I've been here for 7 semesters, and to this day I still am frustrated about how dysfunctional the office is. They hire students to deal with financial aid, registration, and other things that should be handled by professionals, not by some kid who just needs a job. Dealing with the office is by far the worst thing here at BYU-I. They won't fix it though because they don't care.
