1.making appointment -- great receptionist

2.had session -- just fine
3.called to cancel 2nd appointment -- she did not have my information, and kept telling to call the counselor directly
4.office & location -- South Park, expensive area, nice but too nice
5.it's like a big law firm, too complicated system
6.lastly, I will never go back; thank you
