We recently moved to the area and shopped at several furinture stores and found a nice living room set at Haynes. We were asked about an extended warranty but since we take good care of our stuff and never had problems with furniture in the past. After only 2 weeks we noticed 2 tears in the fabric at the bottom seems where it appears the wood has rubbed and opened two small tears. I emailed haynes and their customer service department said that since we did not call within 24 hours of delivery we were out of luck. The quality of furniture is obviously not good and they do not stand behind thier product. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
