Became of this place. Placed 5000 down on home, had inspected and requested to pull out. Had issues with financing also. Agent pushed and pushed and stared making suggestions on how I should and how much I should put down. Stayed firm was in my time frame and only received 2500 back. It's my understanding since it was in contract I should have received it all back. If that was not the case if seller and buyer wants deposit doesnt it have to be mediated? What worse is it was my agent who told me to put that much down.
6months later tried again amd used a different agent.

Great first impression and extremely likable. However, he does not follow thru and lacks knowledge as a realtor. Bought and sold with him.ade lita of promises and did not follow thru. Last promise was to my mother who is 76 and pretty much house bound. Promised he was going to send her a cheese tray for a thank you gift for buying and selling with him.... that was in March and 3months later shes still looking for that damn cheese plate. Stephen was suppose to help replace screen but instead decided to remove all of them Instead. Which in turn end up being a cost(and not to him). After purchase went out of town and did not show up to closing and stated to us that we should ask other realtor. Sellers stayed till closing and ended up doing walk thru with their agent instead of Stephen....Negotiation skills are minimal....3
