I has always admired Lexus engineering, and the ownership experience you get from this luxury car brand.
My recent experience at the dealership at Waterloo, was impressive, to say the least. Ali Kojok had made the entire process a pure joy, leaving no questions un-answered, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the product. He facilitated all steps from test-drive, negotiating the deal I was happy about, to collecting the car which rightly deserves its great reputation.
