This comment concerns only the customer service to insure it, I never had an accident which, I cannot judge to insure it on the assumption of responsibility of a claim.

Customer since October 2016, I paid for one year 105 (audi a6 130cv) for my car insurance, after one year with 5% of the bonus my insurance increased to 95 euros, in September 2017 I had a rejection of direct debit that I regularized by bank card and the advisor was kind enough to reduce the rejection costs by 12 euros, then unfortunately in October November and December the monthly payments are also rejected generating costs of 24 (2 * 12 ) for a total of 302 , I called customer service to regularize the situation a little and I asked for a gesture on the fees (knowing that my bank also charges 13 per rejection), the advisor n didn't want to know ok, it's understandable they already made a gesture to me in September, but I asked him if I could pay 200 today and the rest in the following days, and he understood nothing and took on an obnoxious tone and finally made the call to the customer service manager who simply asks me to make the payment once all the money is collected, the advisor could have said that and shown a little respect towards me, if we have rejections it is that there is a reason (I am student and in August I lost my job, hence my difficulties in honoring the monthly payments).
Outsourced customer service, advisers have no respect for customers (are threatening). and that the rejection costs are still excessive (for all establishments) in the measure where the transfers are automated, there is not really a person who spends 10 minutes on an unpaid file.
I would really like the government to better regulate the costs of rejection.
I'm going to see your competitors who offer the same guarantees for almost 60 euros, after all it is useless to be a customer of an insurer who does not care about the situation of a customer as soon as he is outstanding payment.
