My friend and I have visit this location multiple of times and had great experiences. HOWEVER! That changed when they hired their new employee PENNIE (PENNY)... I recognized her from the mall and she had bad customer service ( which I have experience first hand) and lacked product knowledge . So I was not surprise to see her in a different position, only weeks later. I do not care for drama or people personal life, I get enough of that with my friends and job. So I expected to become relax and escape as usual. However, she told me about her drama at her previous location and the drama at her current position, which is baffling. I may return in the future but I told my friend to stay clear and find a different location for their relaxation. I apologize but you guys should call your potential employees previous jobs before hiring.
