If you are a small business looking for an SBA loan or line of credit you may consider looking elsewhere. I have worked with other SBA financed local banks in the past and the support with them exceeded what I ve experienced with Idaho Trust; especially given the 2020 pandemic and the additional support banks such as ID Trust have been given by the SBA. I think they did their best, but there were some significant oversights and a lack of careful consideration. This is the first negative review I ve ever written, but did feel it was the right thing to do so other businesses could make an informed choice. There are many good things about them so I do recommend looking into them but in addition to other options.
