Actually the hotel building is pretty good and the location is quite strategic but unfortunately it is not maintained so that it looks shabby. Especially the front of the hotel that is being renovated.
Room cleanliness still needs to be improved.
It is highly recommended to bring toiletries because there is no shampoo cap. Bath soap. Also glasses are not available in the room.
The taste is not right if the hotel still includes 4 stars.
Apart from the shortcomings that we have. We thank the management of the hotel for welcoming our group and telling honestly about the current condition of the hotel. Hopefully this note can improve the quality of its services.
