Confirmed a repair date and no one showed or even called customer service is outsourced to the Philippines really? I have a generator that's been broke longer than it's ran. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They've spent 3000 dollars on an 800 dollar generator that could've easily been replaced. Sears is a joke and I won't be doing business with them after this nightmare.
