Horrible Experience! Very rude. Tri-River Appliances in Montrose is the way to go.

My Dad's company purchased a Kenmore Dryer a few months ago, and tried to purchase a matching Washer unit this past week. I am very busy and thought it would be simple enough to place the order over the phone. I called on Friday (1/3) and found the matching unit, and nearly made the purchase but IO told him I needed to confirm with my father. I called back on Monday and tried to place the order. I was then told that I needed a Sears card. I told him that I thought I had nearly made the purchase a few days before, why can't I just use our company debit card? He said he couldn't do that. I called back a few days later and tried again. This time another customer service rep helped and explained that the reason is that there is a lot of fraud. I explained that I was born in Gunnison and that my father has run a business in Crested Butte since 1979 and purchased numerous appliances from Sears in Gunnison in the past, including the aforementioned Kenmore Dryer. I explained that I would like to purchase locally and that I don't have a lot of time to come down to Gunnison, can we just do this over the phone? She said she would ask her manager and call me back. Nothing. I called back today and was accused of attempting to defraud them and lying. (Trying to fraudulently purchase a Washer? That hardly even makes sense. C'mon man!)

Needless to say I am extremely insulted. I will certainly not do business with these people again.

The worst representative was a man named Taylor. Very rude.
