Mostly good prices, and very willing to negotiate when purchasing multiple items. One item broke when she dropped it and she was excellent about making up for it - received amount back as store credit, which let me get another item I had wanted anyway. Really good customer service! Do keep in mind the items are used, to varying degrees.

My new chairs, chaise lounge and cabinet look great!
