First of all, it s a good Restaurant, the food tastes good and it s beautifully served. The Atmosphere is also fine. Nothing to complain about the food, the vegan chicken was better than most real chicken! There is a big but, vegan does not only mean to have animal free products, it also means to care about the environment and i think that this is really badly done in this restaurant. The water they have is from Iceland, it flies hundreds of miles to LA that they can offer it, thats far away from beeing co2 friendly. Than they serve Coca Cola instead a no name coke that does good things for the people and the environment. I just think beeing vegan is more than trying to catch the hype or just serve animal free products...
