Intrum treats clients nonchalantly, has a strange value base and benefits / steals money from customers in their mistake.
I happened to pay a missed invoice from them twice. They did not contact my company and asked how I want the money to be returned without sending a check from Swedbank ?? They also steal 100 SEK for the trouble ?? Is this even legal? I contact them and announce that we do not receive checks but would like the money returned to our company account. Then the company stops responding. I had intended to use their services to collect debts, but such a company that treats entrepreneurs in this way is not worthy of cooperation with. Shame on you!
