I had mixed feelings about my experience with Neotek. While the overall process was smooth and the car I purchased is in good condition, there were a few minor issues that I encountered. The customer service was acceptable, but not outstanding. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get a response to some of my inquiries. However, the staff did eventually address my concerns and I am satisfied with the resolution. I would consider buying from Neotek again, but with some reservations.
