I paid for pool time as part of a first-time class...

I paid for pool time as part of a first-time class I was attending. However, after being informed that the swim gear was not available, I left the premises. Since I'd only been at the facility for about 10 minutes, and never even removed my street clothing, I asked for a refund. I was then given a request form to complete for the refund, and was told that I would be contacted within one week. Thus far, more than one month has passed and I've not received a refund, nor have I been contacted.

Such poor customer service has certainly motivated me to look elsewhere for my swimming practices.
