I bought 2 years ago a new apartment, since a lot of problem and little solution.
example of the after-sales service:
The VMC is defective from the beginning, still no solutions found, despite the intervention of a "technician" and this after very many emails and phone calls.
The person who deals with the problem is the construction manager who has followed the construction, it seems very strange that it is not the SAV !!!!!!
To this day still no solution.
