We have reserved a jacuzzi suite 2 different times...

We have reserved a jacuzzi suite 2 different times now and both times when we got here and were told there were no jacuzzi rooms available and that we had not reserved one even though we gave a cc number to them?! Each time they somehow "found" one available and we got it but just a hassle to have to argue.
