I can say enough good things about the car buying ...

I can say enough good things about the car buying experience at Cowles. Top to bottom, from identifying the vehicle I wanted on the internet, to taking delivery, the experience was extraordinary. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful all of the people were. That includes salesmen and administrative personnel who were not dealing directly with me. Ricky Lawrenson, product specialist, was especially helpful and more importantly; treated me the customer with friendship and respect. Jason, the finance guy was friendly and engaging. Although I didn t get the trade in value that I wanted, I was most satisfied with the deal. Overall, I enjoyed my buying experience and I commend the Cowles personnel for offering a painless car buying experience.
