Recently began taking the Female Core Class with Kaleena and it s been the best experience! She is so knowledgeable, fun, and makes you feel super comfortable! I had ab separation from having 2 babies in less than a year and within just a few classes there was a huge difference! All the staff have been so welcoming and helpful!
