this is about the hiring process. I am a veteran and I am in school for pre nursing. I've been filling out applications (18 of them) for positions I'm more than qualified for. I filled out one recently and I got denied. Not even a week later the same position showed up that I had just been denied of. I really feel like because of my name or my veteran status that I'm being discriminated against. I called to try and seek knowledge on how I could be a better candidate and I was met with rudeness from one of the employees. They said I couldn't be helped in getting that knowledge and kept refusing to help me. If this is the kind of service I'm getting as a veteran with this organization I can only imagine how the patients are being treated. This has been very unpleasant and unprofessional. I really feel like because of my name and my veteran status that I'm being discriminated against and it's very disheartening.
